Israel Galvez Gil

Founder, CEO and captain of the ship

Israel Galvez Gil, our CEO, of Basque origin, spent a long period of his life living in Germany.

In 1998, (when the fastest Internet speed was 64kbits) he founded his first company, eGadgets.

Israel had a technical background as a programmer and, at that time, the first eCommerce solutions (such as osCommerce) were emerging. So, he seized the opportunity to specialise in eCommerce and he was right in his decision.

For some time, he took a break from entrepreneurship and worked as E-Commerce Manager in other companies, making them grow and getting great results.

In 2013, in the city of Cologne, he founded Galvez Gil E-Commerce Consulting, which later moved to the island of Mallorca.

He is currently the main pillar of the company, who brings experience and supervises that everything is carried out with the expected quality. In addition, he knows how to keep the team motivated and transmit their desire to progress.

He works hand in hand with his team and leads every project.

Our company is 100% remote, right from the start. Teleworking keeps us motivated and allows us to better reconcile our personal, work and family life.

Our services range from consulting, design and development of online shops to after-sales support so that the online shops are always running at peak performance.

We design and implement tailor-made marketing strategies for each of our clients, making use of a wide variety of specialised tools for SEO, Email Marketing, web analytics, etc. In this way, we manage to attract and maintain quality traffic to your shop through different means, both organic and paid.

Our techniques have already helped hundreds of clients to improve their results.

Our team is made up of young talents in the area of design, Digital Marketing and web development who love what they do and who keep up to date with all the updates and novelties in their field.

We are a multicultural team and thanks to this, we are fluent in a variety of native languages such as Spanish, English, German and Catalan.

We work remotely but we are always connected.

When something unexpected comes up, it takes us less than 5 minutes to organise an express meeting.

During our virtual coffees we always come up with good ideas and exchange views, discoveries and news from our areas of work.

Internal training and study is one of the key points in our daily work, as it allows us to improve, test new techniques, streamline processes and establish synergies. We keep ourselves up to date and take the time to do so. This is the only way to find the best solutions for our clients.

On top of that, we also love to meet face-to-face and we do it several times a year. Every year we organise different Team Building days: Sports, adventure or leisure activities, in which the team shares good times and gets to know each other outside the work environment.
